Thai-Style Pork Stir Fry
Ingredients:

300g Pork

1 Red Pepper
-
1 Green Pepper
-
5 Cloves of Garlic minced

2 Carrots
-
1 small can Mushrooms
-
100g of Egg Noodles

1 tsp Ginger sliced

1 tsp dried Chilli Peppers

1 tsp Lemongrass minced

1 tbsp Olive Oil
-
2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
-
2 tbsp Lime juice
-
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
-
2 tbsp Golden Mountain Sauce

1 tsp Brown Sugar
-
1 tsp Cornflower
Method:

Chop pork in to bite size pieces.

Mix Garlic, Ginger, Chilli Peppers and Olive oil in a bowl.

Add to hot wok and fry on high heat for 30 seconds. Add pork.

Stir fry pork till cooked. Remove and clean out wok.

Add Sunflower oil to wok. Cook carrots and mushrooms first, then the peppers.

Mix Lime juice, Fish Sauce, Golden Mountain Sauce and Brown Sugar in a bowl. Add Cornflower at the end.

Return pork to wok and add the sauce.

Stir until sauce has thickened.

Cook Noodles according to packaging instructions.

Serve.
