The Perfect Gin & Tonic

 

Ingredients:

  • 450ml highball glass

  • 6 ice-cubes (regular size)

  • 75ml Tanqueray Gin

  • 2 slim lime wedges

  • 3-4 drops Bitter Truth Celery Bitters

  • 150ml Schwepps Indian Tonic Water

 

Method:

  1. Add the ice to the glass, making sure it doesn't chip.

  2. Squeeze the wedges over the ice and then add them to the glass.

  3. Add the gin.

  4. Add the celery bitters. Be careful more that 4 drops and it will totally change the flavour of the drink.

  5. Top up with the tonic water

  6. Enjoy responsibly!
